Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

This recipe is used with a Magic Bullet Single Shot

.  Feel free to use a regular blender as well.

The following is for a single serving.


  • Protein Powder (1 scoop) (flavour of your choice)
  • Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)
  • Almond Milk
  • Egg Whites
  • 1 Apple
  • Cinnamon

Directions for the Pancakes

  1. Put 1/2 cup of rolled oats into the magic bullet and blend until it has a flour-like consistency
  2. Add 1 scoop (serving) of your protein powder
  3. Quickly blend in with the rolled oats
  4. Add 1/4 cup of almond milk
  5. Add 1/3 cup of egg whites
  6. Blend

Directions for the Apple topping

  1. Cube the apple
  2. Put a splash of water in a pot and turn the heat on low.  Enough water to create a bit of steam
  3. Add the apples
  4. Add some cinnamon (light coating)
  5. Stir and then put the lid on the pot while you cook the pancakes
