I recently got myself a Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity + Sleep Wristband, Slate and have already enjoyed it for a few days now.  It is really fun to see how many steps you taken, how well you sleep, and how much water you’ve consumed in a day.  You can also record activity minutes (ie. if you go to the gym, etc).  The most fun, though, is competing with my wife for steps taken in the day. My 3 year old daughter got a Leap Frog LeapPad2 for Christmas. It seems really intuitive in terms of use interface.
