I recently got myself a Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity + Sleep Wristband, Slateand have already enjoyed it for a few days now. It is really fun to see how many steps you taken, how well you sleep, and how much water you’ve consumed in a day. You can also record activity minutes (ie. if you go to the gym, etc). The most fun, though, is competing with my wife for steps taken in the day.
Part of the appeal of the Fitbit is its subconscious motivation to make you act more healthy during the day.
Now I see they have a scale that you can use to sync with your Fitbit…this is the next thing I would love to buy. I almost don’t feel complete without it.
